User Agreement for Funexpay
Welcome to Funexpay! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Funexpay Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our website (https://funexpay.com/) and any associated services, software, or applications (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must refrain from using our Services.

5. Payments and Transactions

5.3. In the event of a transaction dispute, you agree to work directly with the other party involved to resolve the issue. Funexpay is not responsible for disputes between Users.

6.1. By using our Services, you confirm that you are not a resident or citizen of any country that is subject to trade or economic sanctions, including but not limited to the United Nations Security Council Sanctions, EU sanctions, or similar sanctions from other relevant regulatory bodies.
6.2. Funexpay reserves the right to determine and restrict the jurisdictions in which our Services are available. Users in prohibited jurisdictions are not permitted to register or use the Services.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Funexpay are owned by or licensed to Funexpay Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our express written consent.

10.3. To the fullest extent permitted by Lithuanian law, Funexpay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Funexpay, its affiliates, partners, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or any violation of this Agreement.

12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration, and the venue for arbitration shall be Vilnius, Lithuania.
13. Amendments and Changes
Funexpay reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
